1st Family Christmas

Hello and Merry Christmas Eve! I promise, this will be my last Christmas post.
Just wanted to share a quick and easy project with you. I made this for my niece for Christmas, and I really like the way it turned out.
I used an 8X10 canvas and covered it with printed paper from the Basic Grey "Dasher" collection. The top note mats, snowflake and the numbers are cut from the "Storybook" cricut cartridge, added a bit of ribbon, flowers, brad, pearls and MS silver glitter - My new fave product, this stuff is like silk!! Luv it!

Thanks for looking, have a very Merry Christmas!

Happy Holidays and Happy Birthday

Hello and Happy Wednesday! I want to wish my beautiful Mother a Very Happy Birthday! I love you, mother.

Now, on to my card. This one is super cute and super simple. Other than the kraft cardstock for the base I used a piece of double sided cardstock, a stamped image, a Tim Holtz ticket, baker's twine and a couple of Cricut cut snowflakes, and a snowflake button. Easy peasy!

Close up of the frosty snowflake button.

And you know me, I just have to finish the inside, backside and coordinating envelope.

Thanks for peeking in, have a Happy Scrappy Day!

Merry Christmas Banner

Hello everyone and happy Sunday, it's been a lazy weekend but a great chance to finish up some Christmas projects.

Just a quick post tonight. I want to share my "Merry Christmas Banner" with you. The printed paper is from My Mind's Eye Sweet Dreams Collection. All pieces including the letters for the banner are cut at 4"  using the Cricut Storybook Cartridge. I've also used prima flowers, rhinestones, ribbon, and jute twine. The flowers on the end pieces are made with pages from an old recipe book.
